Where is your studio located?

My studio is located downtown Atlanta, GA.  I will send address and detailed parking instructions after you book your session.

How do I schedule my complimentary Zoom consultation?

Once you have booked your session and completed the deposit and "paperwork," I will send you a link to schedule your consultation for a time that best suits you. During the consult, we get to know each other a bit better, I help you with deciding what looks to bring, and give you some tips for preparing for our session.

Do you have Makeup Artists that you would recommend?

Yes! I am happy to recommend makeup artists that I have worked with.  Makeup artists are not included in your session fee.  You will pay them directly based on their individual preferred payment method.  Once I send you a list of recommendations, you will coordinate with the MUA to schedule them. I make this easier for you by providing a link to my calendar to see available days (just head to pricing/scheduling).  It is not required that you book one of my recommendations.  If you have a MUA you love, please feel free to book them; just let us know that you're bringing a MUA so we can block off the appropriate amount of time on the schedule. 

Do you offer shared sessions at a discounted rate?

I do, but I limit it to two actors so that we have enough space and time for everyone. A 15% discount is applied to the session fee for a shared session.  

What forms of payment to you accept?

The easiest way to pay is through your client portal.  My client management software (Honeybook) offers a secure way to pay through your bank or with a credit card.  I also accept Zelle, Venmo, and Cashapp. 

Can I split my shoot into two days?

Yes, but there will be an additional fee of $175 to cover expenses for an assistant and the studio time reserved. 

How do you handle rescheduling?

If you need to reschedule, just make sure you give us at least a 48 hrs notice either by email or text, and we will transfer your deposit/retainer to the new session day.  If cancellation/rescheduling occurs within 48hrs of appointment time, your deposit is forfeited. 

What constitutes a "Look"?

A look is typically defined by one base layer along with one background option. I do allow you to throw on a jacket or a pair of glasses and it still be considered one look. With a headshot session, we are only shooting above the waist, so no need to worry about what pants and shoes to wear.  However, if a pair of shoes makes you feel really great, wear them! It will translate in your photos even if they're not being seen. 

How many photos do I receive?

As far as retouched photos, you receive one retouched photo for every look purchased. Additional images are $45 per retouch. You will also have access to all of your unedited proofs. 

When will I receive my photos?

You will will receive your unedited proofs 4-5 days after your session.  For retouched photos, allow 2.5 weeks for retouching and return.  The 2.5 weeks starts on the next business day from day sent and you must have confirmed via text or email your selections and paid for any additional photos you may want that are not included in session price. 

I need my photos sooner; do you offer rush delivery?

It depends on how heavy my schedule is, but if I am able to, yes.  Rush retouching is $50 per photo and you will receive your retouched photos within 48 hours after payment is made. *Note: if you are purchasing additional photos not included in session price, it will be the $45 for the additional photo + $50 for the rush editing. 

Can I bring a friend or family member to the shoot?

No. Besides a parent/guardian accompanying a minor, we keep a closed set. If you have any special circumstances or concerns, please reach out to discuss further with us.
